These files actually were acquired from various sources by the Defense Department such as the Air Force, NASA, etc. It is always fun to read some of these reports as it gives us an insight into the government's thinking. When you look at Project Blue Book for example, you can see that the only reason for it's being formed was to dismiss all sightings of ufos. It had neither the funding or man power to do much else. It is now ancient news but reading the Roswell Incident report is also significant historically.
You will notice a couple of the documents deal with the Philadelphia experiment, which is always interesting as are the so called fact sheets.
Here are a few more interesting documents:
10. Teletype on Roswell sent by FBI.
11. Project Silver Bug. Interesting attempt to design a saucer.
12. Concepts for detection of extraterrestrial life.
(Very Slow Loading)
13. Proof of government Interplanetar Phenomenon Unit.
