UFOs seem to have strange habits, ask some of the people who have observed them. They like to hang out around nuclear facilities, military bases and electrical generating stations to mention a few places. Maybe they use something to propel them that they can fill up with by doing this. Imagine if they can tap into an electrical generator station and get a quick fill up. I guess the nuclear part would be to see what advances we are making in destroying ourselves. UFOs have been seen in many other places however and sometimes they seem to like a particular spot for no apparent reason.

One such place is Gulf Breeze Florida. The sightings began there in 1952 and continue to this present day. There is nothing special about this place that we know of, but maybe there is something special. It might be a place where there is something secret that only a few government officials know about. I remember when I was in the army, many years ago, we had missiles in the damndest places that you would never suspect. Maybe this town fits into that scenario, but maybe not. Gulf Breeze became famous as a ufo hotspot in 1987 when Ed Walters took pictures of a ufo and also he and his family spoke of an abduction. People tried to discredit Mr. Walters but so many people witnessed ufos in the town that it became impossible to do. Some people there even reported that that suffered from missing time. When some of the ufos were observed they were traveling at speeds we are unable to reach with our present air craft and they were also making maneuvers that would have caused pilots to black out. Gulf Breeze is surrounded by state parks, to the north is the large Fred Gannon rocky Bayou State Park, to the south east is Gulf Islands National Seashore and to the south west is Fort Pickens State Park. This might be perfect places to hide a government facility. As I have stated before, maybe if we follow the trail of ufo sightings we will also be following the trail of secret facilities.

A different ufo hotspot is Bonnybridge. There have been hundreds of sighting in this town, so many in fact, that the town wants to join up with Roswell as a twin. The town is located in Stirlingshire, Scotland. Again we have an area that seems benign. What would attract so many ufos to this seemingly quiet area? This town is outside of Edinburgh and is located in the Falkirk Triangle. The Falkirk Triangle is an area that is famous for many ufo sightings. It extends from Stirling to Fife and reaches the edge of Edinburgh. There are over 300 sightings a year in this area. The town has a population of only 5,500 people and over 2,000 have said that they have seen strange objects in the sky. This is rather a high percentage being almost 37% of the entire population of the town or over 1 in 3. Strange things have been happening there for quite a while. Over 25 years ago a worker for the forestry service was working on a hill near Livingston. He noticed a large object in the sky. A smaller round object fell from it, hit the ground and rolled toward him. He then lost consciousness and woke up 20 minutes later feeling sick. A police investigation was conducted but nothing was found. An observer decided to study the sky above Bonnybridge for a few days using binoculars. He claims to have seen a ufo that was low to the ground, traveling up a hillside. Bonnybridge we will be watching you!

Another ufo hot spot seems to be around Salt Lake City in Utah. It is claimed that there is a ranch in northern Utah where many strange things have happened, including invisible beings grabbing people, people's minds invaded and doors opening in the sky with creatures climbing in. Supposedly the last event was witnessed by a whole team of investigators. This is also an area where there are many ufo sightings. They have had not only cattle mutilations but dogs disappearing. The people in this area even claim that ghosts have been seen, moving objects. It is almost too much to grasp. This is one of the few places on earth that claims to have paranormal activity of every kind intermixed with ufo activity. The population of the area around where the ranch is located is about 50,000 people. Strangely enough, the ufo activity started in this area in the 1950s. This seems to be when it started in a lot of places. This is also the time that we were developing secret flying craft and weapons. Could there be some sort of connection? This particular area is located in the part of the country that houses some of our most secret bases. The Ute indians think that powerful spirits roam this area and all Utes are forbidden to set foot on the ranch.

The border between China and India seems to be very hot of late. I am not talking about militarily but I am talking about ufo sightings. Since 1998 more and more sightings have been taking place in this area. Once India began to rev up it's space program and also test nukes the sightings have increased dramatically. Both governments are watching this ufo phenomena with interest. There are some stories that there are underground ufo bases in the area and that both governments know about them. There is even one story that states that some of the young people in the area are learning to communicate with the aliens. They are suggesting that telepathy is being used.

Down under is not even exempt from these sightings. Collaroy, Australia is a place that has many ufo sightings under it's belt. It's beaches overlook the ocean and you can see quite far on a clear day, or night. Maybe visibility has something to do with this.

Another hot spot is the Hudson Valley corridor in New York. This is rather unusual since, as I previously stated, most hotspots in the US are in the west. So how hot is it? Well its been said to have been over 6,000 sightings since the mid 1970s. This is one of the strange areas that also has many sightings of Big Foot. One ufo sighting stopped the traffic on the highways in the area. It was a triangular craft that was so big that it equaled or bettered the size of a football field. It slowly glided overhead to the amazement of all concerned. The area has also been home to cattle mutilations and abductions. The triangle ufo sometimes would go as far as New Haven, Connecticut. You see it appeared many times and was always moving very slowly giving many people the chance to observe it. It was almost like it wanted us to see it.

There are a lot of other places that ufos are prominent in, but I have just given you the ones that I think are the hottest right now, you may disagree, but hey, that is a matter of opinion.
