I hope you like the new look of my pages. I had to redo the format because I used a script that kicked up an alert in Internet Explorer. The script was harmless, it changed the colors of the buttons when the mouse went over them. So no more fancy buttons.

There are quite a few people who think that at least some ufos are controlled by ETs. By ETs I mean Extraterrestrial Beings or what some would call, space aliens. But what makes them think this, we know that using our current technology, even if we could duplicate some of these high speed maneuvers, humans couldn't survive them? Nick Pope was employed at the ufo desk at the Air Secretariat 2-A, at the British Ministry of Defense. He has appeared on several TV shows dealing with ufos. He was responsible for reporting on any ufo flights that posed a threat to the UK's defense. It seems that he is a very thorough person and upon examination of different ufo activity he became convinced that these objects were objects that employed very advanced technology and certainly of great defense significance. He felt that the threat was so serious that he published a book titled "Clear Skies" which stated this threat. When he realized that there was a wave of sightings in March, 1993 he knew that something important was happening. Even police were viewing the object at the time. Most people had described the object as a triangular craft. Observers who saw it when it was very low described a low hum coming from it. Some people even chased it on foot. A beam of light came from the craft which went to and fro and people described the craft as looking for something. It was doing about 25 mph but then it suddenly rose and shot off in less than one second. Pope was very worried because this craft never showed up on radar and had penetrated the entire defenses of the area very easily. He stated that we should be very concerned about this. An aside from the story. Pope said he tried to establish contact with his counterpart in America but try as he may, no one would admit anything. What a sad state of affairs.

Mr. Pope said he wonders about another serious sighting. On October 16, 1996 a sighting in a region called the Wash near Skegness caused great concern. The object stayed in the same place for hours. It was seen on both military and civilian radar and by many witnesses, including police and the crew of a tanker. What bothered Mr. Pope was the fact that jets were not called in. A member of parliament raised that question with the British Secretary for Defense. There was no explanation.

The American Air Force Personnel that were at Rendlesham in Britain in 1980 also know that ufos are real and some are piloted craft. By now everyone knows the story but I will give a very short version of it just in case. A joint air base in England was manned with American Air Force Personnel. In 1980 the people guarding the base reported strange lights in the woods surrounding the base. Some men went into the forest and saw a strange ship and lights. An audio recording was made during the sighting. The deputy commander filed a report about it but never received an answer. I have seen some of these men interviewed on TV and believe me, they are certain about what they saw. They saw a ufo in the woods and they will never forget it.

Apparently either the ET's bodies are constructed in such a way that high speed maneuvers don't affect them the way the maneuvers would affect us or more likely, they have perfected a technology that dampens the effects. Before we invented the pressure suit, pilots would black out using certain maneuvers, so why couldn't even better devices have been perfected by aliens?

If there are no such things as ufos and ets, why was President Regan so preoccupied with them. Several times he spoke about this subject. What did he know that we don't?

We'd forget all the little local differences that we have between our countries and we would find out once and for all that we really are all human beings here on this Earth together. Well I guess we can wait for some alien race to come down and threaten us, but I think that between us we can bring about that realization."

I wonder what he meant by "....is not an alien force already among us?" Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

So you see there are many people who believe that ufos are piloted by intelligent beings from another world. We have only scratched the surface with this article about a few of them.
