The title of this article is meant to imply that we don't know if life ever existed on Mars. Some people though, are sure that it did. One of the problems with proving the existence of life is time. If enough time has passes than all evidence of life could have been wiped out. If a planet is geologically active, eventually all signs of past life could be destroyed. I believe that we can't even tell for sure if any advanced race or races existed on Earth say a billion years ago or more. Some people have a theory that we may have reached a point a few times in our dim history where we became very technologically advanced but then wiped ourselves out or at least sent that technology back to the stone age. As we all know, nature could have also wiped out any life. If the period of time between each fall was long enough, then there might not be any evidence of it. This is just a theory that some people have, I am not saying that I agree with it or not. But there are people out there that believe that there is enough evidence to indicate that life did exist on Mars but that it is being covered up.

A different Mars Face

We could start by talking again about the face on Mars that NASA says was only a figment of light and shadows. They even produced a photo to disprove their first photo that showed the face. As many of us know by now, that second photo only contained a small portion of the data to make up a correct photo. The photo was taken in 256 shades of gray but only showed 16 shades of gray. This is like giving you 1/16 the information on something and expecting you to know exactly what it is and what it looks like. But this face is not the only evidence people cite. For one thing they cite the OTHER faces that have been found. Yes that's right, there are other faces on Mars and they clearly show what looks like a human head. One even is wearing a crown. You may have seen the photo here before.

Many structures were found in photos taken of the surface but NASA seems to have launched a campaign to discredit anyone who mentions them. Some of these structure look so perfectly formed that they certainly merit further investigation, but when we send probes to Mars we never send them to that area, I wonder why? Maybe there are probes going there but the information is not for public consumption. One of these areas is the Cydonia Region of Mars that has, what looks like ruins, the original face and a pyramid shaped stone or structure. For all we know, our ancestors might have came from Mars. Wouldn't that be something, it would really change the current thoughts on where we came from and turn archeology on it's ear. You may not think this ii the case and I am not saying that it is, but we must keep an open mind.

Disputed Signs Of Former Martian Life

The meteorite that came from Mars that everyone though contained fossil life on the microscopic scale is still being debated. It is true however that more scientists seem to think that this was not life, but there are still some who are not sure. But, I am really talking about former intelligent life not worms, plants or bugs, although even that would be quite a find, and maybe it was found. In 2001, Hungarian scientists claimed that they found evidence of living organisms on Mars by analyzing over 60,000 photographs taken by the Mars Global Surveyor. They said that they found evidence of organisms that are similar to those that live near the South Pole on Earth. These organisms were said to be in craters on Mar's southern pole. Well who knows, but I haven't heard this from any other scientists.

There are certain tube structures on Mars that were revealed in a NASA photo MOC Image m1501228b MOC stands for Mars Orbital Camera. This photo is said by many to contain structures, tunnels to be exact that were made by intelligent beings. Lets examine them.

You just can't help but notice the ribbed area. It certainly is unusual. Could this be a tunnel? I can't help myself, I have to ask the question that if it is a tunnel, why is it where it is and where does it go? Maybe if it is a tunnel it was made to carry water from somewhere. But there are more of these so called tunnels in the area and NASA has photos of them also.

The above photos were originally thought to be of Mars but an astute reader noticed that this was actually the Moon. Thanks Azzabuv.

I have talked about this building looking structure before but the more I look at it the more I believe it looks like a building. Wouldn't it be something if it was the wreck of a building that was maybe millions of years old?

Now there are two scientists from NASA's Ames Research Center, Carol Stoker and Larry Lemke who think that they may have a case for biological life on Mars. The have found certain chemical signatures that could indicate that the caves of Mars may harbor life. No one knows for sure yet but this life, if it exists, is said to be biological organisms. Wouldn't it be something if it turned out to be some sort of intelligent life? It is much more likely to be some small animal however.

In conclusion all I can say is that the only real way to find out what these anomalies are is to go to them. That should be very exciting.
