UFO Update April 29, 2008 Part II of II
Continued From April 28, 2008

Well as you can see, I either had so much ufo material, or talked so much, that I had to continue the update to the next day.

The British Ministry of Defence, or MoD as it is known as, has taken some of the documents relating to the famous Rendlesham Forest incident, off of it's website. Some ufo investigators think that there might be some ulterior motives for the move, but the MoD states that some of the stuff from non military sources was copyrighted and it was easier to take most of the stuff down and sort it out, than to try and just remove the copyrighted material. Could this be true or is something being hidden? For those that have already downloaded the documents, a second look at them might be in order.

Strange spheres have been reported hovering above the town of Bury, Suffolk, U. K. This area has been rated as the sixth hottest ufo spot in the U. K. according to Nick Pope, the famous former MoD employee and ufo investigator. The bright spheres were sighted in November, 2007, but still remain a hot topic. It was said by a witness who video taped them, that they were silent and made strange movements as they traveled in the sky. Another report was made where a witness stated that he saw 4 black spheres flying in a formation in the sky, above Bury. Witnesses have reported that just before the earthquake that took place in Lincolnshire, in the U. K., strange lights were seen in the sky. The earthquake struck on February 27, 2008. The lights were seen by several different witnesses. Not all believe that these lights were ufos however. There is a phenomena called "earthquake lights", that is said to be caused by changes in the electrical properties of the ground just before an earthquake strikes.

Duh! One ufo investigator has stated that the triangle ufos that have been spotted for the last few years, just might be a secret plane. Gee, where has this guy been? That conclusion has been talked about for years now. I myself have mentioned it over the years. I don't want to be too hard on the guy, but this wasn't exactly an epiphany. The black triangles do seem to fit into the research that has been conducted for years by the U.S. government. Another investigator has come out with the statement that the U.S. is dog fighting with ufos and so are many other governments. It is funny, when I hear things like this, all I can think about is the fact that if an advanced alien civilization wanted to destroy us, they would only have to stand off in space and blast us into tiny pieces and we couldn't do anything about it. Knowing this, one has to assume that if there are ufos out there being piloted by intelligent beings, they must be peaceful and we must be the aggressors. Maybe I am wrong about this, but I think that almost all the evidence points to the fact that ufos are not harmful.

In the middle of March, 2008, residents of Belmopan in Belize and nearby areas, reported seeing strange lights in the sky. They were said to have been round, bright and flying south. The lights appeared and disappeared for over two and one half hours. They were said to be low in the sky, only about 150 feet or so off of the ground. Their shape stayed the same and they were estimated to be about 14 feet in diameter. One witness said that he spotted a trail of smoke traveling behind the lights. The commander of the Belize Coast Guard was reported to have said that he felt that they were likely to be ufos, because ufos have been spotted quite frequently in this area.

A group has sued the Clinton Library. One of the things that they want to know is how many ufo FOIA requests are in the document release program and when they were filed. FOIA refers to the Freedom of Information Act. The Clinton Library argues that requests are made on the basis of first in and first out. They are actually on the side of releasing ufo documents. The group suing wants to know why ufo documents were released before the material that they requested. Obviously this is a political matter and neither side really cares about ufo documents.

It is amazing to me, ever since the U. K. has posted their ufo sightings, every little community in the U. K. seems to be vying to be known as a ufo hot spot. I don't know why, unless they feel that it will bring in more tourism? There seem to be hundreds of towns posting their ufo figures on the internet and in news papers. On man in the U. K. talks about a harrowing experience he had with a ufo on March 6, 2008. He states that he was outside looking up at the stars, when he observed a bright light. He noticed that it seemed to be traveling very fast and was headed his way. Before he knew it, it streaked over his head and he instinctively ducked. He said that the object was about the size of a basket ball and flew over him at high speed and was only about 25 or 30 feet over his head. After it flew over him, it streaked off over the sea and was out of sight in just a few seconds.

A ufo was seen and photographed over Corvallis, Oregon on April 1, 2008. One has to be especially wary of reports of ufos filed on April 1, for obvious reasons. The object looked to be circular, the classic saucer shape. It looked to be small, maybe just one to three feet in diameter, but this could be incorrect as it may be a lot further away than it seemed. There were no signs of an exhaust. It was said to hover over a river just north of the downtown area and the witness states that this is when he photographed it.

A ufo was supposedly captured on film and was immediately questioned by a resident of the area, who stated that the sky in the video is completely black except for the lights from the ufo and yet this was supposedly taken one hour BEFORE sunset? I must say that this is an excellent point, don't you think? A witness reported that they saw a ufo on March 15, 2008 in British Columbia, Canada. He said that everyone in the area saw it. It was very dark and only a bright light could be seen. It's heading was right toward him and when it reach an area in front of him, it turned on a couple of search lights and shined them on the ground. The object was completely quiet and after the light shining incident, the lights went off. Another witness stated that he was driving his car in Anchorage, Alaska and a ufo appeared above him. The witness reported that it was a saucer shaped object. Comparing it to the size of the mountains in the background, the impression was that it was extremely large. Then a funny thing happened, it turned and it became clear that it was nothing more than a plane. I am only telling you about this, because I had mentioned that planes seen at certain angles look like flying discs. I am not saying that all sightings of discs are planes however.

Well this was a busy time, let's see what the next month's ufo update brings. If things keep up this way, the report will have to be 2 pages a month instead of one. Here is the thing, I left some stuff out that I thought just wasn't relevant or seemed to be misinformation. If I would have included this material, I might have been onto a third page.
