Well here it is, the last ufo update for 2007, but it didn't make it so here it is for January 2008.

Well the Kecksburg, Pa., crash that has become very famous throughout ufology is being argued about again with the U.S. Government. The Government states that nothing happened there and ufo investigators insist that something did. The U.S. Army was used to close roads and many people saw something being hauled away on a flat bed truck. The object was covered with a tarp, so it seems that something was going on. It has been about 42 years since the incident and it is getting stale and like Roswell, it becomes harder and harder to solve as the years go by. Was the object a downed Russian satellite as some contend, a meteor as others say, a secret U.S. project that crashed as still others say, or an alien craft that most say?

Early this month a strange object was sighted in the skies of Santa Monica, California. A sort of circular object was observed directly under the cloud cover just before 5::00 am in the morning sky. When a better view was obtained the object was said to look like a round object on a rectangular body.

There is a big flap going on in Japan right now. The government is debating whether ufos are alien craft or not. The Defense Minister in Japan has brought up the subject of legalities involved with his agency and potential UFO landings. Apparently he is disturbed, because he doesn't know what to do if a ufo lands. Can you imagine a U.S. Secretary of Defense coming out with a statement like this? He would be gone so fast that his head would spin. Another Japanese Government Minister, Chief Cabinet Secretary Nobustaka made headlines last year when he said he believed in ufos and stated that the evidence was the Nazca Lines in Peru. In connection with this, I have read a headline in a Japanese newspaper that announced , "Alien seeks to put an end to UFO discussions"

The British Ministry of Defence is about to release a treasure trove of ufo reports. The reason that ufologists can't wait to see these particular reports is the fact that many famous incidents will have reports filed on them. Included will be The Cosford Incident report. That was a case where dozens of ufos were sighted in 1993. There will also be reports on the Berwyn Mountain Incident, when a ufo crashed in Northern Wales in 1974. The Flying Cross Incident reports will be released about this incident in Devon in 1967 when two policemen chased a ufo by car. The famous Manchester Incident will be covered, when in 1995 a ufo buzzed a Boeing 737. Perhaps the one report that towers over all the others that they are waiting for, is the one on the Rendlesham Incident of 1980. This is where military people, including the deputy base commander, from an American Air base, investigated a ufo that landed in the woods near them. This incident is very famous and has been well documented by first hand reports and tape recordings and I personally don't expect anything earth shattering to be released about this.

A ufo was spotted over the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Canada this month. It was seen by the residents there and by people in nearby Maine. It was described as strange lights in the sky. The lights then seemed to go into the bay and the U.S. Coast Guard searched the water for a plane crash, but nothing was found. Then a strange thing happened, a rocket was launched from Cape Canaveral in Florida and a fuel tank, which had separated from it, dropped into the bay.

The stories about Dr. Story Musgrave just continue. He was an American astronaut on the shuttle flight STS-80. He stated that on this mission he was able to see a large disc shaped object that appeared below the Columbia. The shuttle was about 190 miles above the Earth at the time. He described it as appearing from the clouds below. He said that the object was disc shaped and the outer rim rotated. "What is not so characteristic is it appears to come from no where. You would think that if it's facing the dark side or facing a side towards you which is not reflecting the sun, you would think that you would see something there. It's really impressive." It was stated that during an astronomy lecture Dr. Musgrave showed a picture of a Grey and said that these guys are real. Does this former astronaut know something that we don't?

It is said that a massive blackout took place in Mexico on December 11 of this year and during that time a strange explosions had taken place. During the blackout, at about 11:30 at night, an object was seen in the sky. It appeared as two bright lights. On closer examination they were noted to be spheres. One sphere was above the other and this is how they were traveling. During the blackout of 1965 in Mexico, President Luis Echeverria stated that he and his wife saw a ufo. This fact was supposedly told to Pedro Ferriz a ufo researcher.

In July of this year a woman was returning home. She lived in Dabrowa Gornicza in Poland. An object that looked like a bluish light began to follow her car. She stated that it was not an airplane, or any other known type of aerial object. The object came down and was flying right next to her car. It looked like it was made from some sort of plasma. A friend complained that she didn't like to go to places like gas stations with her, because she had some effect on the electronic cash registers and they would always break down in her presence. Her friend stated that she seemed to effect other electrical devices also, such as computers that would often break down when she was near them. .

A 1980 case has returned to the scene. After reexamining this case some researchers think that a ufo could have caused a woman's death. The case is very famous, it pertains to where a ufo chased a car containing two ladies and a 7 year old son of one of the ladies. The ufo was diamond shaped, but with flat areas on the top and bottom instead of points. The ufo was sending out a lot of heat and flame and the ladies got out of the car, because the ufo was ahead of them and there was not enough room to turn the car, they were afraid it would get stuck on the shoulder since it was all woods. The object put out so much heat that you couldn't touch the car without being burned. When they got back into the car, one touched the dashboard and it melted under her hand. A group of military helicopters were seen heading toward the ufo. On returning home all three people got sick and it turned out they were all suffering from radiation poisoning. The oldest lady, Betty Cash, just got sicker and sicker, she could never work again and was often forced to go to the hospital and had to be put into intensive care often. She died 18 years after the sighting, but lived in terrible physical shape since the event. This sighting is again being reexamined by some ufo researchers.

A former worker for an aerospace contractor for NASA claims that she was shown photos of the astronauts on the Moon that show ufos watching the astronauts. She went on to say that a guard was told to burn some photos without looking at them and had another guard placed on him to make sure that is what he did. He looked at one, which was a ufo and the other guard hit him across the head. She also said that people in the photographic department stated that they had to airbrush out all the images of ufos that turned up in satellite photos before selling them. According to this, ufos are routinely picked up in satellite photos.

It is said that Fox News caught a ufo on film during the last shuttle disaster.

It turns out that a ham radio operator had received facts about a ufo that crashed on one of the Hawaiian Islands in 1950. It just seems that he was able to receive this info as it was being relayed. He received info that stated that the object was a saucer about 15 feet high and 30 feet in diameter. It had five steps and 6 holes on each side. It was said to resemble a musical top. The saucer was half buried in a hillside and one resident states that she heard a noise that sounded like someone running away.

Something strange has happened to a decommissioned satellite orbiting the Earth. It was hit by something, but nobody can figure out what. Apparently it had some pieces knocked off of it, but it is still orbiting. It is true that there is a lot of space junk up there, but an expert has said that he has never seen anything like this type of hit before.

A ufo was seen over an area where a water well was being drilled in Lake Oroville, California. The person drilling the well saw the ufo as the sun began to set. He took out his cell phone and took a photo of it. The object was of the classic disc shape and looked like to pie tins turned on each other with a circular plate in the center.

Strange lights were seen in the sky above San Diego on December 23. Residents in Oceanside and Point Loma were keeping the police busy with calls. A description by two different people, of the ufos, described them as two parallel orange lights that appeared for three or four minutes. They were said to have moved from north to west and then went straight up and disappeared. The police and Coast Guard stated that they knew nothing of the event.
