Over recent years, there have been many conspiracy theories on everything from former President Kennedy's assassination to why New Orleans wasn't rebuilt yet. I like this stuff just as much as the next guy, but I have learned that we have to take most, if not all of it, with a grain of salt. There are almost more conspiracy theories out there than there are historical events. I saw one the other day that stated that a hither to unknown organization is really controlling all the governments on this planet. Give me a break, is that why most of them never get along? If this were true, wouldn't the world's governments get along much better and why would there be wars? Oh well, I don't want to belabor this point so lets get into something more interesting like the Dulce Papers.

It seems that papers surfaced around 1987 that talked about a government facility in New Mexico. What was so unusual about this? Was it a secret facility? Well yes, but a lot more. If we were to believe what was stated in these papers, we would have to believe that the U.S. government was cooperating with aliens. I am not talking about Mexicans here, but creatures from the far away reaches of space. The name Dulce refers to the name of the facility which is said to be a place where aliens are actually bred. New Mexico is one of the areas that is home to many mysterious flyovers by unknown vehicles. It just so happens that this state is sparsely populated with under 2,000,000 people, with 25% living in Albuquerque and about 6% living in Santa Fe. Curiously New Mexico has about the same size population as Nevada, home of area 51.

As the prior paragraph suggests, the facility is supposedly jointly run. Can you imagine a facility run by us and aliens, aliens who are light years ahead of us. I just can't believe that this could happen. We would be on the level of mice to them, thus the next part of the story. What I am about to tell you is famous through the internet. It is a story, for lack of a better word, that states that something happened in the DULCE facility and this was around 1979. It is assumed that we tried to take the base over, but be that as it may, many humans were killed and some escaped. It is claimed that a CIA agent who escaped had video tapes and notes with him which he sends out from hiding from time to time. Why he wouldn't release everything is a mystery to me. If you had secret papers, drawings and video and knew your life was in danger because of this, wouldn't you want to release this stuff knowing that there would be no reason to kill you after this? There always seems to be mysterious parts to these stories that don't make sense.

Here is some interesting information that is not generally talked about. One person who says he is familiar with the facts about DULCE claims that construction on the base began in 1937. Does this mean that we knew about aliens and were cooperating with them before World War II? If this was so, how come they didn't help us to develop more advanced weapons or to get better medical treatment? This person also states that the population around the base area is mostly American indians and some of them claim to have seen unearthly life forms entering and exiting the tunnels into the base. It is also suggested that the underground base has many levels and that a very advanced boring machine exists that we don't know about, that is capable of melting rock, which the Rand Corporation had a hand in creating. It is said that when the machine cuts a tunnel, the walls of the tunnel look like polished black glass.

Supposedly the base was built over some very ancient natural caves and tunnels and that a race of reptilian aliens used these tunnels and caves for many centuries on their visits to earth. Could it be that some of these creatures were responsible for cave paintings that unexplainably depicted earth from space? It is also said that space craft enter and exit the base quite often. Going further on, this same person states that reptoids or reptilian beings are also native to earth and some alien planets. The ones that developed on earth consider themselves earthmen but consider us as interfering with them and being new comers, since they are descendents of the original dinosaurs that inhabited the earth hundreds of millions of years ago.

Dulce is actually a town in northern New Mexico and would be right over the so called base. It is on the Jicarilla Apache Indian Reservation and the population is only 900. Some so called experts state that the aliens are really involved in a project that they believe brings them more valuable assets than anything else. It is not gold or oil or any mineral but magnetic power. We are said not to understand this because our technology hasn't reached a sufficient stage yet. They somehow store this energy and feel that it is more precious than anything else on the planet.

So why have there been so many cattle mutilations in the surrounding areas where the Dulce underground base is said to exist? How come some people claim to have seen other people that have been reported to have gone missing? What is going on with all the ufo reports in the area? These are all strange things indeed. Is this all a coincidence or is there actually something going on in this area that we are not aware of? I guess that the reader will just have to do his or her own research and decide for themselves if there is enough proof to substantiate that a base exists under Dulce that is run by aliens. By the way, the video that is on the internet is blurry and not good quality, why aren't I surprised?
