Oh there are so many things in this world that defy explanation that it can make your head hurt. If a person wanted to study all these strange things, they wouldn't have a long enough lifetime. It is almost like the world we live in is really not what we think it is. After seeing so many things that shouldn't be, I can't help but think that the race of man is a lot older than we think and also that humans might have destroyed themselves in some ancient past at least once if not more. I also think that some of these ancient races of humans may have been more advanced then we are today and that might be the very thing that led to their downfall.

Atom Bomb Blast Over Japan

One thing that is unexplainable was found in India. There is an area there where there is a very high incidence of cancer. In this area an ancient city was found. This was not your normal ruin but one that was was so radioactive that it is dangerous to go there. Where is this radiation coming from? Ah, this is a strange tale indeed and one that will make some skeptics scoff at this article. The city is covered under radioactive ash, ash that is believed to have been left from a nuclear bomb that was dropped on this city some where between 8,000 and 12,000 years ago. The area is so intensely radioactive that the Indian government has put the area off limits. Here is a fascinating fact, there is an Indian tale that is many thousands of years old that tells of a war between people in space ships. Is this just a coincidence? In the tale there is a passage that tells of a huge blast that causes tremendous devastation. The blast was said to contain the power of the universe.

So how big a blast was it? It has been estimated to have been about the size of the atomic bombs we dropped in World War II. It is hard to be exact after all of this time. In the tale, passages tell of air ships using what they call Final Weapons on armies on the ground and destroying them. The descriptions of burnt and unrecognizable corpses and the types of the explosions seem to indicate nuclear weapons were used. When you tie this in with the radiation around the ancient city it seems that this conclusion may be right. Even the explosions are described as the opening of a giant parasol which could describe a mushroom cloud that is produced by a nuclear weapon.

An archeologist that has investigated temples found in the area claims that etchings have been found that indicate that people prayed to be spared from the great light that destroyed cities. It almost seems that the Indians didn't know what atomic weapons really were and some other races were fighting in their country. Some say that the archeologists that began to dig into the ancient city found a ghastly sight, it was that of skeletons scattered all over the ancient streets. They go on to say that some were huddled together or holding hands as if they expected some sort of disaster. It is also said that parts of the ancient stone walls are actually fused together as if some immense heat source welded them. Russian scientists found a skeleton that had fifty times the normal radiation levels. Clay vessels were found that had been melted.

Here is the kicker, India is not the only place were one can find ancient cities where walls and structures have been melted together. They can also be found in Ireland, Turkey and France, just to mention a few places, there are many others. Does this mean that atomic war may have taken place all over the planet? There is a giant crater near Bombay India. No one is saying for sure that it was caused by a nuclear explosion but it has been dated at less than 50,000 years old. Could Sodom and Gomorrah have been destroyed by nuclear weapons?

There are some scientists, true it is only a couple, that believe that the great lakes region of the United States was created by a massive nuclear explosion. "Our research indicates that the entire Great Lakes region (and beyond) was subjected to particle bombardment and a catastrophic nuclear irradiation that produced secondary thermal neutrons from cosmic ray interactions. ......." I never like to mention names unless I have definitive evidence that they actually said this but it seems that they did. Could this have been a war between Atlantis and some other race, even an advanced Indian culture that has since disappeared?

I hate to bring this up, but could our government have known about ancient nuclear devices and kept this from us? It is the same old ufo story all over again. If we know this much, how many times more does the government know?

Some people will say that it was not a nuclear bomb but a giant meteor that struck the ancient city leaving behind the radiation. Meteors can produce radiation. There are several reasons that this doesn't seem plausible.

1. No crater seems to be there indicating an air burst.
2. The position of the skeletons seems to indicate that they knew it was coming but if it was a meteor, it would have happened so fast that most people wouldn't have known what hit them.
3. The other parts of the world that have fused stones and structures seem to indicate air bursts also.

I can not explain why the ancient Indian city is so radioactive after all of this time except that if it was a bomb, it seems to be a particularly dirty one. Why so much radioactive ash is still around seems strange to me, but I am not a scientist.

Let's hope that this mystery is solved someday and if it was a nuclear war we should try and learn a lesson from it. The lesson is that once you let the genie out of the bottle not only can you never get him back in but other people will use him.
