Mars, the place is fascinating. The problem is that the real intriguing bits of Mars are those bits that are not being explored. We have Spirit and Opportunity, the NASA rovers rolling around on Mars, but are they going near Cydonia, the place that might contain ruins and pyramids or even a face, of course not. We never seem to explore those types of places. Could this be in line with the government's policy of secrecy on almost everything that is interesting, like ufos, usos and such? I for one, want to know what is in Cydonia. Could this region have already been explored and possibly ruins and structures have been found and are being kept from us? Well, I don't think that this would be hard to believe, given the government's track record, do you? There are so many questions waiting to be answered about Mars and it seems to me that we just keep dragging out this exploration of areas on the planet that have the least chance of showing if there was ever intelligent life.

If we plopped a probe down in the middle of the dessert, in an area that was completely desolate, on this planet, it would look like the earth was deserted, wouldn't it? I just have the feeling that this is what is happening on Mars, or at least this is what is being done for our benefit, while the real exploration is going on in those other interesting places and kept from us. Some will say that this is paranoid thinking and maybe it might be, but there is always that chance that I am right. I am not the only one that feels that way. Some of the theories are really out there and are too far fetched for me to believe, but I still think that we should know about them. The India Daily ran a story on April 28, 2005 that was entitled "Secret Moon and Mars missions in collaboration with extraterrestrial UFOs using much advanced technologies". It talked about how there were rumors going on that have spread around the world, about secret missions to the Moon and Mars. The old saw was used, that this was possible by using alien technology. Unfortunately this forces us to assume that we are working with aliens and since we have never even seen one, we are being asked to accept this statement on faith. This just can't be done, if we are to make an intelligent assumption.

If we take the aliens out of the equation, could it be possible for us to have had secret Moon and Mars missions? Yes, yes, yes. It is quite possible that we have had them to the Moon over many years, after all it is only about a three day ride at the most, so why would this be so unbelievable? I think that it is not only possible but probable. Does anyone really believe that after the last Apollo Moon mission we just stopped going there? You have to remember that the Moon is very important to us strategically. When the military looks at the moon what do they see? They see the biggest weapons platform ever and a place where they can keep an eye on the Earth. The dark side of the Moon is never visible to the Earth and is perfect for secret bases. Did anyone ever get suspicious that those bases that were supposedly talked of by the astronauts could have been U.S. bases and not alien ones, as many ufologists suspect? I bet there are many people out there like me that would give their eye teeth to know what is really going on. There is no doubt about it, the Moon is just not that hard to get to and we probably have made secret missions there. As I have mentioned many times in the past, I am a firm believer that there is a secret military space program that none of us know anything about. Wouldn't it stand to reason that there would be?

Getting to Mars is a harder proposition. It is much further away and the astronauts will be subject to radiation from different sources on the trip. We are told that we really don't have the technology to avoid this and the best we can do is build one shielded room aboard the ship and have all the astronauts run to it, if they suspect that a solar flare is headed their way or some other source of radiation. They would then all have to remain there until the danger has passed. I think about this scenario sometimes and can't help but remember reading about a sort of electronic shield that was supposedly developed a few years ago. It was called the airspike. This is said to be a device that produces some sort of electrical arc that can be configured to give the vehicle different shapes. Some say that this is actually an electronic shield capable of preventing radiation from entering the ship. There are devices out there that shield us from radiation every day. They are in the electronics that most of us use. There is even material that can be put into clothing called electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI). This is used to protect from low radiation, but maybe it can be scaled up and put into the ship? For the sake of argument lets say that some sort of shielding does exist and you could get to Mars without being subject to radiation. Has this happened already? All I know is that one of the most famous Mars photos I have on this site is a photo that came from NASA and seems to show a clear shoe print on the surface of the planet. What makes this photo even more mysterious is the fact that the shoe seems to be a dress shoe. This would indicate to me that not only have we gotten to Mars, but it might have an atmosphere of some kind, at least enough where someone could wear regular shoes.

If we have traveled to the Moon and Mars on a regular basis, I am sure that most of the world governments know this and the ones who are in the dark are the people. Isn't this the way it usually works? That was always something that I couldn't figure out. Why keep a secret from your citizens if your enemy already knows about it?

According to the article in the India Daily, the reason that the Americans and Russians decided not to go back to the Moon was because the aliens warned them that they couldn't travel there using polluting devices such as rockets and they were also afraid of Earth bound diseases. Well you can take this or leave it, or do what ever you want to do with it, but there is no denying that it is very strange that we just stopped all manned flights there and haven't returned in all these years and the Russians never sent anyone there. Even more mysterious than that, we had Apollo rockets left and never used them. Can anyone imagine this happening? I remember at the time this was blamed on us. NASA said that they had to stop the space program because the people lost interest in it. What hogwash that was. That is like saying that the shuttle won't launch anymore because not enough people watch it go up. I just hate those lame government excuses when they are covering up something. The article in the India Daily seems to mirror every rumor about aliens that I have read.

Back to Cydonia on Mars. Why can't we be given close up photos of the area? We have all sorts of photos either taken or being taken of the entire planet. I want to know if the supposed temple is really a temple, if the pyramid is a pyramid and if the so called city is really ruins. Maybe our entire culture is being withheld from us. If our ancestors lived on Mars I want to know, don't you? If they did, then they were at least as advanced as we are today and probably more, since they would have colonized the Earth. If this is the case, we should have been far more advanced than we are. What about this scenario, maybe we came from Mars, but not all Martians came to Earth. If there are aliens out there, maybe they also came from Mars and feel that they are our brothers. This would account for all those ufo sightings where we are being watched and it would explain why there has been no hostility. We might just be their backward brothers and sisters.

When I look at photos of the Cydonia region of Mars, I sometimes wonder if there is any way that those pieces could fit together and form something completely unexpected? If they did, it would be huge and I don't really think that this is possible, but there is always that slight chance, no matter how small. There is new software out now that allows you to piece together shredded documents. The shreddings are photographed and the software rebuilds the document. Why couldn't this software be used to try and fit things together on Mars?

Strange Lines

This photo doesn't look like much at first glance, but when you look at it enlarged you will notice a series of straight parallel lines right over the first object on the left. Could these lines be buildings?

There are many strange looking things in this part of Mars that deserve to be examined more closely. Lets hope that all this secrecy ends soon and the truth is told about Mars exploration, if there is any truth to tell.
