I
have decided to list the great free software I get off of the net. This
software is used on my Windows XP machine but most of it runs on other
versions of windows also, you will have to check. It is nice to know
what is good. There are also a few programs listed that I don't use,
but this is not because they are no good, it is because I needed a
commercial program for other reasons. Just click on the name to go to
the download site.
Many people are under the
impression that if you don't pay anything for software than it can't be
any good. There is some bad freeware out there, there is no doubt of
this, but there is some good and even great freeware out there also.

Very good metasearch softwre program. Searches in many areas. I found it quite handy for research. |
