11/27/07 - Well I have accomplished quite a few interviews lately, for me anyway and they require a lot of work on my part. First you have to prepare a list of intelligent (I Hope) questions. Next you have to conduct the interview. After that you have to transcribe the interview and edit the audio. All in all it takes about 3 days of work if nothing goes wrong. Things do sometimes go wrong however, like the time a virus wiped out my computer, including the interview and associated materials. Well I always prepare for this and I had a backup on another drive, but I had to restore the materials on the computer before I could finish editing the interview and also finish transcribing it. I will probably be taking a break from interviews for awhile, since I have lost my voice due to a strange cold like affliction that is very hard to shake. There is also the holiday season fast approaching. I still have one interview hanging, but I will have to see how that works out.

11/08/07 - I made some changes to the site again. I have removed the public domain movies, which took up an awful lot of room and added podcasts. I now conduct interviews of famous and/or interesting people. I post a transcript and also the audio file at the end of the interview. The file is in two different formats. The first one is a podcast file (MP3), which is suitable for downloading and putting onto an IPod or other portable device. The second format is .wav. That is the most common audio format. Hope you enjoy the new features and changes.

09/08/07 - I have put up a new message board. It is a lot more advanced than the one that I had been using. Pages before 9/9/07 don't support the "Make Comments On Article Like" anymore. If you want to comment on an article written before this date, use the message board link on the home page.

07/24/07 - I have to take down my link to the greeting card site, the site was having problems and didn't work. I will keep my eyes open for a better card site that everyone can use. I was shocked to see that if you type in Mars abnormalities into the Google search engine, About Facts Net is the first listing. It seems impossible, but there it is.

07/02/07 - My host provider is still working on that problem about not being able to upload large files. Ouch, this has been going on for about a month. I decided to buy one of those multipurpose machines to replace my printer and scanner. I got the Canon Pixma MP600, it is very highly rated and lists for $200. I did a search and found that Buy.com had it for $132 with free shipping and no tax. I love the machine, there is one problem though. I didn't realize that Canon is now putting chips into the ink cartridges of their newest printers. This means that I can't use cheap ink from third parties. There is a fix, but it is not very good. You can take the chip off the old cartridge and put it on the new one. You must be very careful not to damage it. Some of the new printers are able to take a CISS system This is really a bunch of bottles of ink with tubes running into the cartridges It looks like hell and I don't think that there even is one for this model. Looks like I will be paying about $15 for my ink cartridges, there are 5 and the fifth one is about $23, instead of the $3.15 each I was paying.

06/08/07 - Still can't upload more dvd movies or books. My site is being moved from the server to Texas by my host and while this is going on, only small files can be uploaded. Hope that this clears up within a week.

06/04/07 - There is a problem with transfers to the website. I have contacted the IT department and I am waiting to see if they can find it. I am able to transfer articles and pages to the site, but large files crash on upload. That is why I haven't added anymore public domain movies or books. Let's hope that this gets fixed soon, but at least the articles are still getting there.

05/30/07 - I just added a new book about a regiment in the civil war, it is over 500 pages and some photos.

05/29/07 - Added more public domain movies to the site. The collection is really starting to build up. Looking for an appropriate public domain book for this week, if I find one I will add it.

05/23/07 - I have added my first, free downloadable book to the site. Hopefully I will be able to find some interesting public domain books for you to read.

05/20/07 - Another 9 public domain movies have been added to the site, hope you all enjoy these. No news on the missing British girl yet, except that she might be in Africa.

05/15/07 - Well I have added more movies to the public domain movies I carry on this site. Some of them are not bad and you can't beat the price, FREE. The webcam is still off because I haven't decided what to aim it at yet.

05/11/07 - I decided to take down the sky cam because there seemed to be a lack of interest in it. I also took down the photos that were obtained from it. I am toying with the idea of putting up a section with as many public domain photos of ufos that I can find. Another reason why I took down the sky camera, was the fact that I had to look through about 3,500 photos every night, to see if I captured any ufos and that became too much work for one person since I was also writing articles.
