When we picture NASA, most of us think of a pool of all knowing scientists and engineers. There is no denying that some of the smartest people in the world work at NASA, but even NASA doesn't know everything. You might be a rocket scientist, but you still be stumped. Listed here are photos of objects that were taken in space and NASA just doesn't know what they are. All the pictures are listed by NASA as unknown objects or unknown lights. The official picture numbers have been included in case anyone wants to verify this.

The first three pictures seem to show an object shaped like a cylinder, it could also be a platform type object from the edge, but since 3 different photos were taken, I would say that is unlikely because you would think at least one would show some indication of that. The next three look like an asteroid but apparently NASA feels different. The daylight pictures of the object(s) are all very interesting. Photo 20005521 when viewed from different angles exhibits the classic UFO saucer shape. As far as the mystery lights, well that is why it is called a mystery!
