Having a hard time finding a job? Do you happen to resemble a dictator, any current dictator? If you do, have you thought about finding employment has his double. From what I have seen throughout history there is no lack of jobs for the doubles of dictators. All dictators have the fear of being assinated, I wonder why? Just kidding. They will take as many doubles as they can find. These doubles sometimes get the chance to live quite well, even if it is a little risky.

One of Saddam Hussein's doubles defected, he just couldn't take the strain of worrying about being killed any longer. He fled to the U.S. and is living here somewhere, Just look for Saddam Hussein and you will find him but with a different name. When he was asked what were his duties as a double he replied that he would attend government lunches, school openings and mosque openings. He would also appear at markets. He stated that sometimes it was actually a very boring job. Saddam had a very strange habit of having people kiss his arm pits as a greeting. The double would endure this but not talk much, his excuse was that he had a bad cold and no one would question the great dictator. It was claimed that Saddam had about a dozen doubles but three body doubles for close work. They were trained in the gestures and walk of the dictator. The double stated that he could have anything he wanted. Women would throw themselves at his feet. If he wanted women they were given to him at the palace to avoid a scandal. He sensed that the good times were about to end and that is when he left. I must say he had impeccable timing.

Hitler was suspected to have at least one double but it was never proven. The reason this was suspected was the fact that some pictures of Hitler show him with a much larger nose. Others suspect that he had some sort of surgery that was not know by the general public. You can view different photos of Hitler on the net and his nose does look much different in some photos. Joseph Stalin may hold the record has the biggest killer of humanity of all, but even if he doesn't, he is certainly right up there. He is said to have had a double that was almost his identical twin. The man lived to be 93 years old. We have his first name, it was Rashid. What was so amazing is that he even had the pockmarks on his face that Stalin got from having smallpox as a child. It all started when he went to join the army. He scared the army people who thought he might actually be Stalin. The KGB heard about this and went to his home and recruited him to be Stalin's double. He was sent to study for two years under Alexei Dikiy an actor so he could better portray Stalin. Dikiy played Stalin in films, Rashid was to play him in real life. No one knows if he ever actually met Stalin or any other doubles and no one knows for sure how many doubles Stalin had.

Now we know that some doubles did exist. The next question in my mind is how does anyone know for sure if a double ever took over by killing his boss. There was a famous movie in the 1951 called the Magic Face. Luther Adler played an outraged husband who's wife ran off with Hitler. He was a makeup artist who could imitate people and did this for a living in a night club act. He managed to become Hitler's valet and kill hit. The next thing he did was impersonate Hitler and lead Germany to defeat. Could this have every really happened, who knows?
