Wouldn't it be nice to have our icon on your desktop? All you would have to do, to go to the About Facts site, would be to click the icon after you were connected to the internet. Well here is what you do, it is very simple: You must have Windows XP on your computer before installing the icon. It may work with other versions of windows but I haven't tried it. To my friends with Apples, sorry but I don't have an icon for you. Download my custom icons, the link is on the home page with the screen savers. You don't have to use them all if you don't want to. There is one in the package that is for About Facts Net. After they are downloaded, unzip them. There are two icons you can use, here is what they look like:
Microsoft Internet Explorer: 1. Bookmark the About Facts Net site. That is all to it. Just click it to go to the website when you are connected to the internet. Firefox: 1. Bookmark the About Facts Net site. Follow steps 3-6 above. |
