I thought it might be nice to take a glimpse into our immediate past. It was the dawn of that magical invention movies. Records had just been invented and people couldn't wait to record their experiences. These movies are quite large and slow loading, broadband is a must.

	On July 9, 1909, G. Aubrey Davidson, founder of the Southern Trust and Commerce Bank and president of the San Diego Chamber of Commerce, said San Diego should stage an exposition in 1915 to celebrate the completion of the Panama Canal.
